Winter at The Museum of St John

In November we hosted our (early) Christmas Members’ Networking Event at The Museum of St John. Set in the heart of Clerkenwell, this is a hidden gem of a venue that our members were delighted to experience.

Our member, TopHat, created a delicious canape menu to serve. Wedding Letter Hire provided the illuminated letters which made for a fabulous backdrop for the talks in the Chapter Hall.

Simon Nickell Design decorated the room with rich, warm florals with a touch of Christmas to them.

To make the event a little more fun, Boutique Booths, provided a photobooth with suitably festive props. Also NAWP members, they boast the only full length booth in the UK. We all had fun posing and laughing at the results.

Lester updated members on the latest NAWP news and plans for next year and then Oliver Doyle from the Museum gave an interesting potted history of this remarkable venue. TopHat’s Hattie Mauleverer-Jones spoke about her company and the evening’s menu and then handed over to our guest speaker for the evening, Andrew White from Triggerfish PR.  Andrew gave an insightful and informative talk on ‘How to build your reputation’.
